Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience 6+ years of professional accounting experience

Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of financial professionals, problem-solving skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities

About the job

The Finance Head is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring that all financial activities are in line with company goals and regulations.

 Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to achieve company objectives
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide timely and accurate financial reports to senior management
• Manage the budgeting process and ensure that financial goals are met
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, forecasts, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
• Provide financial analysis and guidance on strategic business decisions
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals
