Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Lead and manage HR operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals, values, and culture.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management initiatives. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive and productive work environment through proactive employee relations practices. Handle employee issues, conflicts, and grievances, providing timely and fair resolutions.
- Performance Management: Lead the design and implementation of performance management programs, including performance appraisals, feedback processes, and employee development plans.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and recommend training and development opportunities to enhance employee performance and career growth.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Keep up to date with HR best practices, trends, and legislation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices,
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to think strategically and collaborate effectively with leadership and teams across the organization.
- Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and employee engagement.
